Ordering Information:

1. When placing an order, please specify in detail the fan model, structure type, air flow, pressure, speed, protection class, insulation class, explosion-proof grade, motor model and power, etc.

2. Scope of supply for a single unit: one completely assembled fan (including one matched flameproof motor).

3. Spare impellers are not supplied by the factory; please state your requirement in the order if needed.

4. The factory supplies spare parts and tools in accordance with the rules of the relevant classification societies and applicable standards.

Important Notes:

1. Hard particles in the conveyed gas mixture must not exceed 150 mg/m³ in concentration or 2 mm in diameter.

2. A brass protective screen must be fitted to the suction duct to prevent electrostatic sparks and the intake of other objects, so as to ensure the safety of the explosion-proof fan.

3. When the external cable is led into the terminal box and secured, the terminal box itself, its cable entries and the cable must be strictly sealed; rainwater must not be allowed to enter the terminal box.

4. The cable must be earthed.

5. When the fan is connected to the duct, no casing distortion caused by rigid connections is permitted.
