JCZ Series Marine Axial Flow Fans

1. Overview

The JCZ series marine axial flow fan (hereinafter referred to as the fan) can convey air, salt-mist-laden marine air, and corrosive air containing oil mist and small amounts of acid vapour from the natural evaporation of batteries. The fan is suitable for ventilation and air renewal of all kinds of ship compartments and for boiler ventilation, and can also be used in other suitable applications.
The fan is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 11864-2008 Marine Axial Flow Fans and the current Rules for the Construction of Ships.

2. Features

The casing can be supplied in an openable design; the fan is reversible, offers good anti-corrosion performance and is highly resistant to rolling, vibration and shock.

3. Structure

The fan is built with the motor inside the casing, and the impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft.

The impeller is cast in corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy; the casing is welded from ordinary steel.

The casing can be made in a one-piece design or in an axially split design to suit requirements. In the split design the impeller and motor are mounted on the openable half-casing, which makes on-site inspection and replacement of parts easy.

The fan can be fitted with 380 V, 415 V, 50 Hz or 440 V, 60 Hz marine AC motors.
